How do I install ASTCA telephone service?

Come into our business offices located in Nuuuli Place Center (Movie Theater) or Fagatogo Main Office to request an ASTCA telephone line. You will need to provide the location in relation to known buildings or activities in your village.

Non- US Citizens/Nationals

• provide a copy of their identification card and immigration approval to live in American Samoa.

Alien Residents

• No service until an identification card and immigration approval is presented

Rental Applicants

• Bring in a billing statement from ASPA showing meter number
• Letter from Landlord showing permission to install phone in unit

Note:

If there was prior service and there is an outstanding balance due. The policy is 50% of the outstanding amount must be paid before new service is provided.

• An agreement will be signed to clear the remaining balance
• The remaining balance PLUS paypment in full of the current telephone charges by the listed due date.

Please allow a minimum of five (5) working days before service order is completed.

If I am a business, how do I install ASTCA telephone service?

• Provide a copy of your current business license - Business Rates will be charged.
• In an event a residential service is used primarily or substantially for business purposes. ASTCA reserves the right to charge the customer at a higher business rate.

How long does it take to get a telephone installed?

You can assist us to give you prompt service by coming into the Business Offices and completing your Service Order at least two weeks prior to when service is required.

Do I have the right to a particular phone number?

No. ASTCA designates all telephone numbers with full authority to change, disconnect, or terminate the service of any user. All telephone numbers are held by ASTCA and no subscriber or user has proprietary claim on any number or numbers.
