How does my name get listed in the Directory?
When you apply for telephone service, your Service Representative will ask how your name should be listed in the directory.
- Each subscriber is entitled to one free directory listing.
- Additional telephone book listings are available at a special Service Order fee.

If I am a business, how do I install ASTCA telephone service?
- Provide a copy of your current business license - Business Rates will be charged.
- In an event a residential service is used primarily or substantially for business purposes. ASTCA reserves the right to charge the customer at a higher business rate.
What if I don't want my name and number in the Directory?
If you do not want your name listed, you can arrange to have your name
- non-listed
- Name and number will not appear in the telephone book
- It will be available from directory assistance (411)
- non-published
- Your name will NOT be in the telephone directory
- Will NOT be available from directory assitance (411)
