Call Waiting - Enables the customer to receive another incoming call by placing the active call on hold.
3-Way Calling - Enables the customer to add a third party to a call in progress
Call Forwarding - Allows an incoming call, to be redirected to a mobile telephone or other telephone number where the desired party is situated. Usually, the forward line rings once, to remind the customer using Call Forwarding that the call is being redirected.
Caller ID - Allows the user to see the number of the party calling before answering the telephone. In addition, the date and time of each call was received can be displayed. A special display device is required and must be furnished by the customer before applying for Caller ID. The customer selects and owns this device. Caller ID is currently available in 633, 644, 688, and 699 exchange areas only.
Automatic Call Rejection - Allows you to block incoming calls.
Speed Dialing - Allow you to dial a pre-determined number(s) by pressing a two number code.
Note: If a single service order is required for the installation of more than one CLASS enhancement, at the same time the cost will be $15.00 plus $5.00 for each addtional feature.
