Usage charge is billed to the customer initiating the call. Prefix for the cellular system is 731 and 733. Roaming cellular service is not available at this time. Customers with current telephone accounts and security deposits on file can "pilot" their cellular telephone to their active account.

Customer funished equipment is programmed and activated at the rates described .
